Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

In the city of Vancouver, you can find a stunning view like this by looking through the glass. In the distance you see the mountains and in the nearness, you see the water and a sea-going ship. I took this photo in just this way to take everything into perspective.
Mary Mikawoz is a Canadian of Polish descent who follows in the footsteps of a number of artists and photographers in the family. She has studied photography and art from places like Champlain College in Montreal to Algonquin College in Ottawa to the Art Gallery School in Winnipeg. Mary graduated from the University of Manitoba and Red River College. When it comes to photography, Mary feels as if she is inspired by God or the Universe.
