This is an aerial photograph of the Red River Valley system. It is a view that shows how the river snakes its way through the prairies. At this time of year, we have to concern ourselves with the flooding of the plains. "According to the province’s latest flood report, the Red River at James Avenue is expected to crest at 19 to 19.3 feet between April 21 and 23, 2020," says the local media network.
