The workmanship is simple yet exquisite in making something functional out of nature. Then nature once more connects its added beauty by softly sifting flower petals and greenery around that which is man-made. I like the direction that the bench takes your eye into, as well.

Mary Mikawoz is a Canadian of Polish descent who follows in the footsteps of a number of artists and photographers in the family. She has studied photography and art from places like Champlain College in Montreal to Algonquin College in Ottawa to the Art Gallery School in Winnipeg.
