This is a fishing boat in the Vancouver Harbour in British Columbia near the Lion's Gate Bridge in Stanley Park. It is being followed by a flock of birds because of all the fish they are catching.

I have put some nice blue effects on the image to make it more interesting than the gray scale image that it originally was.
